Scrip Program
Royal Blazers offers a Scrip Program:

Paper Scrip: This program provides a 6% Return to Your School.
This is how it works. The school must purchase Scrip in advance and then sell the Scrip to your parents. For example, your school writes a check to Royal Blazers for $2,820 and in turn your school receives $3,000 in Paper Scrip. Your school makes 6% or $180 when they sell all the Scrip. The minimum Scrip order is $1,000 and orders must be placed a week in advance of the date required and payment is due upon receipt. Paper Scrip is available in $1, $5, $10, $20 and $100.00 denominations.

Please Be Advised: Royal Blazers reserves the right to change these programs at the discretion of the company. Customers will be advised of any changes in these programs and changes will be posted on our web site.

Royal Blazers has been providing high quality uniforms at competitive prices since 1989. We have an interactive web site that allows customers to view items and shop online. We allow customers to place phone orders with us and for our contracted schools, we offer delivery to contracted schools once a week or we can ship directly to the home for a nominal fee. We have english/spanish speaking sales clerks, cashiers & managers. We also have a Layaway Program that allows parents to make several payments over an extended period. We will have on site sales at your school. We stock a huge inventory year round and have sizes available that you won't find anywhere else. Most of the items purchased from us come with a one year warranty. We also offer "bulk" programs for schools that want to sell uniforms themselves or just want to choose some items to sell on campus as fund raisers. We offer both Paper Scrip and E-Scrip. Shipping Information

We use DHL for shipping packages. If you would like us to email the tracking number to you, please put a valid email address in the comments section of the order form. DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We can ship to a valid P.O. box via USPS for an additional charge.

Our minimum charge for packages inside California is $8.95.

Our minimum charge for packages outside California is $8.95.

Deliveries to schools

For our contracted schools, we offer delivery to the school once a week for $3 shipping and handling. This service does not start until the second week of school and ends two weeks before it lets out. We do not offer this service in the summer. We also reserve the right to refuse this service.

Delivery to your home

An additional charge will be added to your order for shipping to your home. The charge will be calculated on distance and weight.

Return Policy
Items must be clean, not worn, not altered, not laundered with tags.
It is always helpful to present a copy of your receipt, but is not required, as long as we can track the items being returned to a purchase you made. It is the responsibility of the customer to return goods to Royal Blazers.

Refund Policy
Thirty days from purchase, items must be clean, not worn, not altered, not laundered with tags. Customers can receive a full refund using the same form of payment presented at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Customers may also choose to receive a Merchandise Credit for the full amount with no restocking fee. Merchandise Credit remains on your account for one full year from the date issued and must be used within term.

Exchange Policy
Items must be clean, not worn, not altered, not laundered with tags.
We have a very liberal exchange policy. If items meet the above conditions, they may be exchanged at any time. We do not offer free exchanges at the school. Items must be shipped back to Royal Blazers. We will deliver exchanges for free to our contracted schools. Make sure the following information is included when requesting exchanges:

  1. What is inside
  2. What it is you would like them exchanged for
  3. Student's name and grade
  4. Name of your School
  5. Your phone number

Donations

We provide uniforms for an all Girls Orphanage in La Mesa, Mexico. The orphanage accepts a wide variety of useable items, anything from non perishable foods to building materials. If your school has lost & found items that you're tired of looking at, or if there are other materials or appliances that you no longer need, we will make arrangements to have them delivered to the orphanage. If you have specific questions or would like to make a donation, please contact us via phone or email. Thank You!
